Each year, Speed Infotech reclaims from landfill sites worldwide, millions of empty printer cartridges for professional recycling at our ISO accredited manufacturing complex in Shanghai, China. In 2008, we will further develop our eco-policies, and continue to reduce our carbon emissions.

Waste Water Treatment
During the remanufacturing process Speed Infotech consume approximately 10,000 litres of water every week, the contaminated water by-product is stored onsite and collected periodically by certified water treatment specialists.

Solid Waste Treatment
During the remanufacturing and quality control processes and procedures Speed Infotech are forced to dispose of plastic and computer components. We have agreements with authorised collection agencies, certified by the City Administration, who dispose of the waste using approved methods.

Our policy is focused on minimising the amount of waste and emissions our operation creates in the environment.
